Method:
  • Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in low speed.
  • Blend in buttermilk, honey, vegetable oil and egg until well blended.
  • Fold in dates and nuts.
  • Pour into greased tins.
  • Bake at 350°F for about 30 min.
