18 Rabbits began when founder, Alison Bailey Vercruysse decided that baking was her passion. Having grown up in Farmers Branch, Texas with a mother that always made homemade granola it only seemed fitting that Alison branch out and create food that is simple and authentic.
18 Rabbits Bunny Bars are made with honey, whole rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds and vanilla. The bars come in a variety of flavors that include: Rocco Choco Banana, Squeaky Cheeky Choco Cherry and DeeDee Dot Cherry Apricot.

This concept can be applied to a launch of multiple flavor mixes that allow the consumer to indulge in the taste of common foods paired with honey in the form of a jelly bean.
