Lance Cracker Creations Thursday, January 16th, 2014

Snack time is an indulgence with this creamy peanut butter creation sandwiched between granola crisps and sweetened with honey.

Each serving contains 14 grams of whole grains and four grams of protein. Lance Cracker started in 1913 when Philip L. Lance got “stuck” with 500 pounds of unwanted raw peanuts. He roasted and sold the nuts for a nickel a bag. Once that was a success, he expanded the line to include peanut butter. In 2009, whole grain sandwich crackers were added to the product line.
