Justin “Duke” Havlick grew up associating beef jerky with the great outdoors. At age 30, he started crafting and sharing his own jerky from his backyard smoker. Duke uses all-natural ingredients and is a proponent of being able to read a label and pronounce and recognize every ingredient used.
